I am a Director of Photography and filmmaker based in Scotland working on narrative fiction and creative documentary projects.
I studied film at the Screen Academy Scotland and then completed a PhD at UWE Bristol which I developed into a short book Towards a Philosophy of Cinematography.
Alongside my creative work, I have taught at Kingston School of Art, Arts University Bournemouth and San Francisco State University among other institutions.
